The North Creek real estate market is north of 2243 with Bagdad Road bisecting the neighborhood. It is a medium-sized, master-planned neighborhood with homes ranging from around 1000 square feet and up to approximately 2500 square feet. Many North Creek homes were constructed in the mid-1980’s, when the development began, but there are also newer homes here as well. Eaglewood Homes built the newer homes in the neighborhood through 2008. The prices in North Creek are very reasonable, starting at around $100,000 and reaching upwards of $200,000, with most being in the $100-150,000 range.
