National Housing Stats for March

Following the trend we’ve been seeing in Austin the past few months, national home prices are increasing. Actually, they’re increasing for the first time in 18 months. Also going up are home sales. In fact, they are up 8.7% from one year ago. This trend, coupled with the record low mortgage rates, is leaving inventory ever decreasing. You know what that means: it’s selling season!
