January 2012 Austin MLS Statistics Are Out!

 

January saw a decrease across the board. The average list price of homes decreased by 7.8%, from $252,793 to $233,145. The average sold price also dropped by 7.3%, from $241,053 to $223,411.

On a positive note, the days on market for January also decreased by 7%!
