Carriage Hills is a large neighborhood located in the northwest of Cedar Park in Williamsons County. The community is bordered by FM 1431, Bagdad Road, North Lakeline Blvd. and Cedar Crest Drive. The homes were built in the mid-1990’s by Centex and Milburn Homes and range in price from the low $100’s to the high $200’s. You'll find houses from 1100 square feet to a few that are as large as 3750 square feet. Carriage Hills homes have a very reasonable price per square foot, so expect to get some size for your money. Although some of the homes have great upgrades and many have been renovated recently, you can still find some projects in this neighborhood to keep the Ms./Mr. Fix-it busy.
